Apply required amount of natural yoghurt or curd to your skin and leave it on for 15 min.wash it with warm water and pat dry.D o this every day on your face to reap maximum benefits...

  1. Agree with you on the benefits of yogurt. I am really lazy when it comes to taking care of my skin on a daily basis. When some special occasions come up, I resort to yogurt and it does the trick for me. I mix in a little orange-peel powder to it too.
