Weight loss with GingerIn this post I am not going to lecture you all with the Ginger life history
To Lose weight:Do this as a first thing In the morning.
1.Take 1 tbsp of ginger extract(this can be obtained by grating a small chunk og ginger or for lazy bums just make juice in the blender andstore it for couple of days and use when required,see how easy!!!)into a glass.
3.and pour some lukewarm water into the cup.
4.Mix them well and
5.gulp it down…
